Service Scope & Prerequisites

Geographic Coverage

On-site professional services are available in 38 countries through direct engineering teams. Remaining regions are served through certified channel partners with Juniper-trained staff. Remote assessment and design services are available globally.

Multi-Vendor Limitations

Architecture design services cover Juniper-native and Apstra-managed multi-vendor environments. For networks with non-validated third-party platforms, a compatibility assessment is required before engagement, which may extend project timelines by 1–2 weeks.

SLA Dependencies

The 99.999% availability target applies to properly designed redundant architectures. Single points of failure in customer infrastructure, power supply, or upstream connectivity are outside the scope of Juniper SLA coverage. Availability metrics require Mist AI or Paragon monitoring to be deployed.
