I Searched "Juniper" and Almost Quoted a Tesla: A Networking Procurement Story

It was a Friday afternoon in late March 2024. I was sitting in a small office above our warehouse, trying to finish a Bill of Materials for a customer who wanted to standardize on Juniper. I once ordered a replacement power supply for a switch based on a quick web search. I saved about fifteen minutes by not checking the part number against the actual chassis.
